We offer individual Telehealth therapy for adults and teens, specializing in anxiety, trauma, PTSD, emotional dysregulation, and borderline personality disorder. Our licensed clinicians use evidence-based approaches such as DBT, CBT, EMDR,and trauma-informed care.

All sessions are currently offered via secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms, with some in-person options available.
We accept several major insurance plans, including Aetna, Anthem, Cigna, Optum/United, and others. Coverage and private pay sessions may vary by clinician. Please verify coverage by clicking here.
To request an appointment, select the "Start My Journey" button on our website. Once we receive your request, we'll connect you with an available clinician and guide you through the intake process.
The first session is about getting to know you; your history, concerns, and goals. It also gives you and your therapist a chance to see if it's a good fit and begin discussing a personalized treatment plan.
No, we do not offer a complimentary consultations at the moment. Please check back periodically as our practice adds more services.
Our therapists do not prescribe medication, but we partner with a local psychiatric nurse practitioner for these services.

Our Clinicians used evidence-based modalities including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based interventions, and trauma-informed care.
Yes. We are currently providing individual, couples, and family therapy for teens and adults ages 13 and up.
Sessions are typically 53-60 minutes. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule to avoid a cancellation fee.
Available Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Late appointments are by request only.
