Dr. Bottoms specializes in helping adults navigate trauma, PTSD, borderline personality disorder, and anxiety using evidence-based approaches like DBT, CBT and EMDR-informed therapy. Her goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgemental space where you can build coping skills, strengthen emotional regulation, and move toward a more balanced, fulfilling life.

Briana Hall is a mental health professional with over 15 years of experience. As Chief of Staff, she combines strategic leadership with a deep understanding of emotional and behavioral health. A licensed school counselor, she is working toward becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and is dedicated in improving mental-wellness through comppassionante, client-centered care.

Her specialities include life transitions, identity development, and relationship concerns using approaches such as ACT, DBT, CBT, EFT, mindfulness-based and solution-focused therapies.
